The project will include a crowdfunding campaign on the SeedBlink platform. The company, which recorded a turnover of EUR 16.09 million (RON 84.3 million) in 2025, aims to consolidate its leading position in the Romanian kebab market, a category valued at EUR 300 million, currently undergoing a process of consolidation and professionalization.<\/p>\n<p>To date, the expansion of the brand founded in 1999 by the Pakcan family has been achieved exclusively through profit reinvestment, equity, and bank loans. Out of the targeted funds, EUR 1.25 million will be directed toward technology, aiming to implement artificial intelligence in order management, expand the ghost kitchen concept, and automate historical units. Physical expansion plans include opening three new locations in the second half of 2026, including the network&#8217;s first drive-thru format, followed by national expansion in 2027.
