The new strategy aims to strengthen connectivity from the provinces and meet a growing demand for direct full-service flights on routes currently not served by other airlines.<\/p>\n<p>Flights to Olbia, the main gateway to northern Sardinia, will operate weekly, every Tuesday, from Cluj-Napoca and Timi\u0219oara during the seasonal period of June \u2013 October 2026. The average travel time is 2 hours and 20 minutes. Regular connections to Thessaloniki will be provided from Cluj-Napoca and Ia\u0219i, with a frequency of two flights per week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, with an average duration of 1 hour and 40 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>At the corporate level, AnimaWings&#8217; shareholding structure was modified in April, when institutional investors BT Asset Management SAI (part of Banca Transilvania Financial Group), Winners Holding Investments, and EVERGENT Investments acquired a 50% stake in the company. Founders Marius Pandel (who continues to serve as CEO) and Cristian Pandel maintain their shareholder status within the operator founded in 2020 as part of Memento Group, alongside Christian Tour.<\/p>\n<p>AnimaWings currently operates a fleet of 8 Airbus aircraft, which it plans to expand to 14 units by the end of 2027.
