The average travel time is 2 hours and 20 minutes. Regular connections to Thessaloniki will be provided from Cluj-Napoca and Ia\u0219i, with a frequency of two flights per week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, with an average duration of 1 hour and 40 minutes.<\/p>\n
At the corporate level, AnimaWings’ shareholding structure was modified in April, when institutional investors BT Asset Management SAI (part of Banca Transilvania Financial Group), Winners Holding Investments, and EVERGENT Investments acquired a 50% stake in the company. Founders Marius Pandel (who continues to serve as CEO) and Cristian Pandel maintain their shareholder status within the operator founded in 2020 as part of Memento Group, alongside Christian Tour.<\/p>\n
