According to data published by Forbes Romania, the project under analysis targets a 3-star “selected service” hotel operated under the ibis brand, with 144 rooms distributed across the ground floor and two upper floors. The functional program includes a restaurant, an events area with an 835 sqm multifunctional hall, a 748 sqm fitness center with an indoor pool, a 240 sqm lobby, and a dedicated parking lot with 100 spaces.<\/p>\n
A key strategic argument for this investment is the new road connection between the A0 Bucharest North Motorway and the future Otopeni Terminal 2, a project that will consolidate the area as a major logistics, corporate, and hotel hub. The viability of the investment is supported by CNAB data regarding traffic at Henri Coand\u0103 Airport, which grew from 6.9 million passengers in 2021 to 17.7 million in 2025, representing an increase of over 156%.
