In June, the company&#8217;s next project will begin, which involves the construction of another two buildings with 200 apartments in the Lujerului area, near the Plaza Romania mall.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The first building within the Timisoara 58 project was completed last year, with the developer starting work on two other buildings shortly after, benefiting from financing from Garanti Bank. \u201cWe have installed the doors, we are laying floor and wall tiles, and we are about to start installing the sanitary items. By mid-May, the two buildings will be completely finished. Unlike the first building, all apartments are detached, we built all the walls of brick, the kitchens are slightly larger, and we installed metal doors at the entrance. Prices remain the same, at 800 euros\/built square meter and 400 euros\/square meter for terraces,\u201d stated Antoanela Comsa, general manager of Gran Via in Romania.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In addition to the Frigocom land, Gran Via also owns the land of the former Electrotehnica factory in the Lujerului area (opposite the Plaza Romania mall), as well as half of the Tricodava platform. The Spaniards will begin construction of two buildings on the Electrotehnica land in the summer. \u201cWe want to build two buildings with 190-200 apartments and an area of 17,000 square meters, and the investment is estimated at 8.5 million euros, excluding VAT.
