Compared to the corresponding month of the previous year, the volume of construction works increased by 12.2% as a gross series, and by 12.9% as a series adjusted for the number of working days and seasonality.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>January 2015 compared to December 2014<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The volume of construction works decreased, as a gross series, by 70.9%, a decline highlighted as follows: maintenance and current repair works by 74.0%, new construction works by 70.2%, and capital repair works by 69.1%. By construction objects, decreases occurred in engineering structures by 75.0%, non-residential buildings by 68.9%, and residential buildings by 58.3%.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>As a series adjusted for the number of working days and seasonality, a decrease of 5.4% was recorded, highlighted as follows: new construction works by 12.6%, maintenance and current repair works by 10.1%, and capital repair works by 0.2%. By construction objects, residential buildings and non-residential buildings increased by 53.9% and 27.7%, respectively. Engineering structures decreased by 6.0%.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>As a series adjusted for the number of working days and seasonality, the volume of construction works increased by 12.9%. By structural elements, increases were recorded as follows: capital repair works by 25.3%, new construction works by 19.3%, and maintenance and current repair works by 2.3%.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>By construction objects, the volume of construction works increased for residential buildings and non-residential buildings by 47.6% and 29.3%, respectively.
