At the tourism fair, Prime Minister Victor Ponta promised us that he would take steps towards a generalized 9% VAT for the entire tourism industry, which will increase competitiveness with countries in the region &mdash; Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey,&rdquo; stated the president of ANAT.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The share of early bookings in the total sales of ANAT member travel agencies has increased to 30%, considering all destinations. In Mamaia, there are already three hotels completely sold out for the peak season.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>This season, an adventure park is also opening in Neptun, similar to the one in Brasov, with the investment amounting to approximately EUR 300,000.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Romanian seaside, overall, is not becoming more expensive for those who buy tourist packages through agencies; however, the number of 4-star hotels, which naturally have higher prices, is increasing specifically in 2015, said Aurelian Marin, president of the National Association of Travel Agencies in Romania (ANAT), on Monday.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The most sought-after resort remains Mamaia, which records the highest sales volume, followed by Eforie Nord and Saturn. The southern part of the Romanian coast remains the favorite holiday destination for families with children.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Aurelian Man specified that in the south, there are hoteliers who have invested, and many 2-star hotels have now been classified as 3-star.
