The Austrians from S Immo intend to carry out the expansion on the space occupied by the former Mobexpert store, which was closed to serve the project of increasing the capacity of the shopping center in the south of the capital.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Company representatives confirmed the expansion plans for Sun Plaza, in which they have invested 200 million euros to date. According to market information, the shopping center&#8217;s area will be increased by 10,000-15,000 square meters, which, at an average rent of 25 euros per square meter, would mean revenues of approximately 3 million euros per year.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Sun Plaza is the third mall in Bucharest in terms of traffic and sales, after AFI Palace Cotroceni and Baneasa Shopping City.
