The south is experiencing accelerated development, a fact confirmed by the numbers. \u201cIn Sector 4 and the surrounding areas, IMGB and Popesti Leordeni, about 500 apartments are sold per month, approximately 5,000 per year. The offer is very diverse. Prices start from 800 euros per square meter and reach 1,000 euros per square meter, compared to 1,600-1,800 euros per square meter in the north,\u201d according to Catalin Grigore, general manager of Sud Rezidential.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Metalurgiei Park Residence project will be built on the 50-hectare site of the former Berceni greenhouses and involves the delivery of 15,000 apartments in the space between the Grand Arena shopping center and the Auchan Berceni store. \u201cIt is the first residential park in Romania. The apartments will be built by different real estate developers. Out of the total area, companies have purchased 15 hectares, and we will finish the year with 25 hectares,\u201d stated the same Catalin Grigore.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The selling price of the homes will be between 800-1,000 euros per square meter, depending on features and finishes. By the end of the year, about 2,000 apartments will be delivered, with the stock expected to increase to 5,000-6,000 next year. The buildings will be constructed with a G+6 floor structure and will have parking, with a parking space costing 1,500 euros.
