Also, their value exceeded that of 2013 by almost 23%&rdquo;, stated Adrian Vascu, president of the National Association of Romanian Valuers.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The transactions appearing in the guide were concluded between individuals, legal entities, or both, and involved land, houses, apartments, as well as commercial spaces (offices, industrial, etc.).
