At the end of last year, the modern stock of office space in Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Iasi, and Brasov totaled 493,000 square meters, of which 43,000 square meters represented the total deliveries of new spaces. The total volume of spaces to be delivered this year in the four cities is 96,000 square meters.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Demand for office space outside the Capital was generated especially by companies in the technology and telecommunications sector, with 70% of total transactions, followed by companies in the manufacturing and industrial sector (30%).
