If a beneficiary uses undue holiday vouchers, they will be obliged to pay their value back to the employer.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Beneficiaries will be able to use holiday vouchers based on their identity document and only for tourism services from affiliated units. The list of authorized tourism units will be sent to the voucher issuers by ANT.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Additionally, the vouchers will feature visual identity elements of Romania&#8217;s tourism brand, and issuers will keep records of transactions through an IT system for a period of at least 5 years.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Also, in the case of electronic vouchers, their value will not be transferred by employers to beneficiaries, but by the voucher issuers, provided that the employers &#8220;have paid the nominal value of the purchased electronic holiday vouchers and the costs related to issuing the electronic holiday vouchers.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The draft law approving Government Ordinance no. 8\/2014 modifies the ordinance regarding the granting of holiday vouchers and was adopted by Parliament on June 3, 2015.
