These offenses are punishable by imprisonment from 3 months to 3 years or a fine from 10,000 RON to 50,000 RON.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Also, non-compliance with the provisions regarding the daily maintenance and sanitation of the rented beach, failure to arrange the beach at the beginning of the summer tourist season, and failure to ensure sewerage and water supply works up to the area adjacent to the beach are fined with amounts between 10,000 and 30,000 RON.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Fines between 5,000 and 10,000 RON will be issued for the movement or parking of vehicles on the beach, for allowing camping on beaches with a tourist destination, and for allowing street vending activities on the beach.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In addition, economic operators authorized in the field of tourism have the obligation &quot;to operate with qualified, specialized, trained, and authorized personnel, in accordance with the regulations and specialized norms in force&quot;. Regarding professional training, it is specified that the acquisition of professional skills in the field of tourism is permitted through &quot;practicing specific activities of the tourism sector directly at the workplace or self-training&quot;.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The document also provides that tourism economic operators who own tourist reception structures in resorts have the obligation to renovate the exteriors of buildings of any type in which they carry out their activities of accommodation, public catering, leisure, tourist transport, or spa treatment, in order to ensure the general appearance of the building.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Furthermore, the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Tourism (MECT) will establish and coordinate the Inter-ministerial Committee for Tourism and will approve the urban planning of tourist resorts, according to the provisions of the new Tourism Law.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The Inter-ministerial Committee for Tourism consists of representatives of the central public administration authorities responsible for economy, public finance, foreign affairs and internal affairs, culture, transport, environment, water, forests, labor, health, youth, sports, education, agriculture, representatives of the local public administration authority, as well as other authorities with activities related to the tourism field, and is led by the head of the relevant ministry.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>According to the draft law, for the purpose of protecting tourism activity and creating a basis for tourism development, the alienation of reception structures within tourist resorts can be done with the obligation of the new owner to maintain the object of activity and the function of the tourist reception structure.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Tourism investment projects and the sources of financing for technical documentation and execution works of tourism investment programs and objectives whose beneficiaries are local public administration authorities are approved by Government decision, at the proposal of the relevant ministry.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The draft Tourism Law regulates the organization, coordination, promotion, and development of tourism, considered a field of strategic importance and a priority branch of the national economy, as well as the management of tourism resources &quot;in accordance with the principles of equity, competitiveness, sustainability, and durable development&quot;.
