The Spaniards want to start construction work on a residential project that will have three blocks in October.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&ldquo;The north of the capital is a very hot spot on the map of Bucharest and there are not many developments in the area,&rdquo; stated Antoanela Comsa, general manager of Gran Via in Romania.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Gran Via has also developed the Timisoara 58 residential project in the west of the capital.
