The event organizer is the Ivan Patzaichin &#8211; Mila 23 Association.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>As in previous editions of the festival, Ivan Patzaichin welcomed the public and served as the host for the three days of the event.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&quot;Tulcea welcomed us with open arms five years ago when we started this common adventure, and I am increasingly confident that ecotourism is a solution for prosperity for this corner of the country.
