In July 2015, 3972 building permits were issued for residential buildings, a decrease of 3.5% compared to June 2015, and an increase of 4.3% compared to July 2014. In the period 1.I – 31.VII.2015, 22271 building permits were issued for residential buildings, an increase of 3.3% compared to the period 1.I – 31.VII.2014.<\/div>\n

In July 2015, 3972 permits were issued for the construction of residential buildings, of which 63.3% are for rural areas. The regional distribution highlights a decrease in the number of building permits issued for residential buildings in most development regions, the most significant being recorded in: South‐East (‐91 permits), Bucharest‐Ilfov (‐34), South‐West Oltenia (‐12) and North‐East (‐11).   In the West development region, the number of permits issued for residential buildings increased by 28 permits.<\/div>\n

In July 2015, compared to the same month of the previous year, there is an increase in the number of building permits issued for residential buildings reflected  in the following development regions: Bucharest‐Ilfov (+105 permits), West (+50), South‐East (+47), North‐West (+46)  and North‐East (+22). Decreases were recorded in three development regions, namely: Center (‐68 permits), South‐Muntenia (‐24) and South‐West Oltenia (‐13).<\/div>\n
