The new hotel will be the first operated under this brand in Romania.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The ibis Styles Arad hotel will be a new construction, classified at 3 stars, and will feature 72 rooms, a restaurant, a lobby bar, a meeting room, and a multifunctional hall for conferences and events. The unit will be located on Aurel Vlaicu Boulevard in Arad.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>ibis Styles Arad is owned by FAB industry, a member of the Mr. FAB group.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Mercure Brasov Hotel &amp; SPA is the second Mercure hotel to open in Romania and the first outside of Bucharest.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The new Mercure Hotel will be located on the outskirts of the city, near DN1, the exit towards Bucharest. The opening is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2017, following the completion of the new construction.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The hotel will have 120 rooms, a restaurant with a terrace, two bars, four conference rooms, and a business center. For entertainment and relaxation, the new Mercure will offer its guests a wellness area (sauna, hammam, etc.), a SPA, a fitness center, and a swimming pool.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The upcoming opening is the result of a franchise partnership concluded with Barbati Invest Real Estate SRL.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Orbis, the leading hotel group in Poland, purchased 46 hotels from the Accor network in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia. Of these, 7 hotels are in Romania &#8211; the Pullman hotel, the Novotel hotel, 4 Ibis hotels, and 1 Mercure hotel.
