The same situation is observed in the case of two-room apartments, with the highest average selling price also recorded in Cluj, at 59,108 euros, while in Bucharest, for a similar home, the average selling price requested by owners is 54,622 euros.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The situation is reversed for three-room apartments, with the highest average selling price found in Bucharest, at 76,961 euros, while in Cluj, a similar home is valued at 74,617 euros.
