He paid EUR 30 million for the Olimp complex at that time.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In the meantime, the three hotels have degraded, the businessman no longer had funds to invest in them, and he concluded that the deal was the most uninspired of his life.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>To cover his debts, Goschy put the hotel that caused them up for sale, initially asking EUR 60 million, then lowering the price to EUR 30 million, but when he realized he could not sell it, he reduced the price to EUR 23 million. Meanwhile, he managed to sell other smaller and less famous hotels, using the money to cover more of the debt.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Goschy specified that after selling the Olimp complex, he will not sell any more hotels. Until then, he still has to pay off part of the loan to Banca Transilvania.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Hotel Sport has 136 rooms, a restaurant, and a conference room, and is classified at 2 stars.
