After 3 years, on real estate sites, the owners had lowered the price by 2 million EUR, only to ask 13 million EUR for it a year later. This year, the asking price for the hotel dropped to 8.5 million EUR, more than twice as cheap as 9 years ago. The unit has 78 rooms, spread over 8 floors.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Parliament Hotel, also in Bucharest, is currently for sale at the price of 8.5 million EUR. Five years ago, the owners were asking 11 million EUR for it. The hotel is classified at 4 stars and has 76 rooms spread over 9 floors.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Amfiteatru, Panoramic, Belvedere complex in Olimp was bought in 2008 by businessman Iosif Goschy for 30 million EUR. The 770-room complex needs very large investments and, not finding financing solutions, the businessman put it up for sale for 60 million EUR.
