TopHotel Tourism & Leisure Investment Conference<\/strong>, the 9th edition, will take place on May 26-27<\/strong> at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel <\/strong>and will bring to the forefront, through advanced conferences and an interactive seminar with industry specialists, long-term perspectives as well as current opportunities in the hotel, tourism, and hospitality industry in Romania. <\/div>\n
The conference sessions and interactive debates taking place on the first day of the event (May 26) will offer both comparative statistics from the hotel industry and its placement in a regional context, addressing topics such as attracting financing, public sector strategies for attracting tourists, the implications of new fiscal regulations, or leveraging digital marketing channels to streamline promotion in the hotel sector.<\/div>\n
On the second day of the event, you can participate in the applied seminar “Strategies for increasing performance in hotel management,” which includes the sessions “Let\u2019s play a Revenue Management game!”, held by Horatiu Tudori, Senior Lecturer, Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, and “Customers expect more personalized experiences. How can we offer them?”, presented by Thomas Landen, Marketing Manager EMEA, Revinate.<\/div>\n
Be one of the 20 participants in the session held by Horatiu Tudori and you will understand the fundamental rules and approaches in making decisions regarding revenue management by managing, in a simulation where you are in competition with the rest of the participants, a small hotel. You will discover ideas and tools to implement immediately in your hotel!<\/div>\n
Additionally, you can adapt the services you offer with the help of Thomas Landen by participating in the session “Customers expect more personalized experiences. How can we offer them?”. You will see examples of personalized email campaigns developed to increase customer loyalty and bookings, as well as ways you can use available customer information to provide them with a personalized experience.<\/div>\n
