The contract duration will be 84 months from the date of award, and bids are expected until June 27.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The contract involves both design services, as well as the authorization and execution of the works.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The estimated value of the contract, excluding VAT, is 31.6 million RON, of which 1.7 million RON is for design services and technical assistance from the designer, 24.6 million RON for basic investment expenses, 44,325 RON for site organization, and 5.26 million RON for unforeseen expenses.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The tender was initially launched a year ago, in May 2015, but was canceled following appeals filed by one of the participating companies.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Constanta Casino is in an advanced state of degradation and has been closed to the public for 8 years.
