Bucovala owns the Steaua de Mare complex of three hotels in the Eforie Nord resort, where he has invested \u20ac12 million so far. This spring, the 10-year lease term of the person managing the beach between the complex and the sea expired, but Bucovala was surprised to find that the old manager’s lease was extended for another 5 years without a prior auction, on the grounds that they won a lawsuit against Romanian Waters.<\/div>\n
