The starting price is EUR 350,000.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The sale is part of a repositioning of Jerry van Schaik&#8217;s business activities. He stated that he will focus on new projects and will start a business promoting Romania to tourists from the Netherlands and other Western European countries.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&ldquo;We do not have a fixed sale price, but we have an estimated value of EUR 350,000 and we will organize an auction that will last a few weeks. We are now waiting for offers. There are already interested people. The transaction includes only the business, not the building, which is leased,&rdquo; said John Soleanicov, the Dutch entrepreneur&#8217;s financial advisor.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The boutique hotel was opened in 2005 and has 16 rooms.
