Next year, Paralela 45 will start the construction of an office building in the Capital, an investment of over EUR 5 million, which is to be completed in 2 years, stated Alin Burcea, the company’s owner.<\/p>\n

Regarding the real estate project near Lake Snagov, where Alin Burcea is building a residential complex, Club Lac Snagov, it is almost completed, and work is being done on the inner courtyard. The investment amounts to approximately EUR 7 million.<\/p>\n

The complex has 77 apartments, is located on the shore of Lake Snagov, and the land covers about 8,000 sqm.<\/p>\n
