Romania is on the list"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hungarian real estate developer Futureal intends to invest 50-100 million euros to acquire, through partnership agreements, stalled commercial projects in Romania, Poland, Hungary, and other states in the region, according to the Budapest Business Journal, cited by Mediafax.<\/p>\n<p>Futureal wants to carry out the acquisitions through partnership agreements with developers who own good projects but lack the necessary financing or professional resources, the company&#8217;s CEO, G\u00e1bor Fut\u00f3, told the Hungarian publication.<br \/>The 50-100 million euro funds will be provided from equity, with the company being interested in all types of commercial real estate projects, he added.<\/p>\n<p>There are many projects available for acquisition, notes the head of Futureal, however, only a few are attractive.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We conduct a comprehensive audit of every business we consider,&rdquo; he said.<br \/>Futureal has ongoing projects in Hungary and Romania. On the Romanian market, the company is developing the Cordia Nightingale Park residential project in Baneasa, an investment valued at 20 million euros.<\/p>\n<p>The company was also involved in the Gold Plaza shopping center project in Baia Mare.
