Arrivals recorded in tourist accommodation structures in July 2016 totaled 1,401.6 thousand, an increase of 9.4% compared to July 2015. Of these, 80.6% represented arrivals of Romanian tourists and 19.4% represented arrivals of foreign tourists.<\/div>\n

Regarding the arrivals of foreign tourists in tourist accommodation structures, the largest share was held by those from Europe\u201474% of the total foreign tourists, and of these, 85.3% were from European Union countries.<\/div>\n

Overnight stays recorded in tourist accommodation structures in July 2016 totaled 3,877.6 thousand, an increase of 7.5% compared to July 2015. Of these, 85.7% represented overnight stays of Romanian tourists and 14.3% represented overnight stays of foreign tourists.<\/div>\n
