The latest investment in Arsenal Park, AquaParq Arsenal, was commissioned in June of this year and cost \u20ac7 million, of which \u20ac3 million were non-reimbursable, stated Romina Faur, project director at Arsenal Park.<\/div>\n

Aqua Park Arsenal includes 3 distinct zones: SunWaves, Inner Bliss, and Belvedere Lounge & Terrace. SunWaves is the outdoor section, featuring 4 pools, 6 slides, and an outdoor bar. Arsenal Park was established on an 80-hectare site that belonged to a former arms factory in Orastie. Arsenal Park was inaugurated in 2009 when the accommodation facilities were built, and subsequently, 150 military exhibits were added.<\/div>\n

Since last summer, the complex has benefited from a 12 km network of bicycle paths; the water tower was repurposed for free falls from a height of 30 m, assisted by a PowerFan device, and for a 570 m long zip line, in which \u20ac3 million were invested. PowerFan Jumps is the only activity of its kind in the country, and the zip line is currently the longest in Romania, consisting of a single segment.<\/div>\n

A children’s playground was also opened within the Arsenal Park complex, featuring equipment for climbing, balancing, exploration, tunnels, slides, carousels, swings, and seesaws. <\/div>\n

These investments were added to previously completed objectives, namely an adventure park with six routes of varying difficulty for children and adults, featuring over 70 platforms and devices located at heights of up to 25 m, a synthetic ice rink, a 1,500 sqm concrete skate park, and an equestrian leisure center.<\/div>\n
