REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/div>\n
– Managerial experience, advantage in a similar position;<\/div>\n
– Higher education;<\/div>\n
– Solid knowledge of English and another international language;<\/div>\n
– Good PC operating skills, Microsoft Office suite;<\/div>\n
– Knowledge of the Opera or Fidelio system is an advantage;<\/div>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/div>\n
– Leads, coordinates, and controls the activity of the reception departments (front office manager, receptionists, concierge staff) and housekeeping (executive housekeeper, maids);<\/div>\n
– Responsible for Customer Care activities, both in relation to Wyndham Hotels Group and in relation to clients coming through other channels;<\/div>\n
– Resolves tourist complaints and dissatisfactions related to the quality of hotel services that could not be resolved by the reception and undertakes measures to prevent them;<\/div>\n
– Supervises compliance with job duties and internal procedures, respectively brand standards, for subordinate personnel;<\/div>\n
– Controls, inventories, and analyzes stocks of consumable materials and the evolution of expenses in subordinate departments;<\/div>\n
– Responsible for making reservations in the Opera system, correct issuance of invoices, collection of service values, etc.;<\/div>\n
– Monitors the execution of contracts, compliance with contractual clauses and payment deadlines;<\/div>\n
– Participates in the recruitment and selection of subordinate personnel, is actively involved in the training and induction process, job description development, personnel evaluation, etc.;<\/div>\n
– Monitors the quality of services offered to guests and measures customer satisfaction levels;<\/div>\n
– Responsible for compliance with current legislation regarding the activities they coordinate and lead.<\/div>\n
