The project was completed according to the latest international Olympic standards and the guidelines of the International Ice Hockey Federation.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The ice rink, located in Otopeni, required an investment between 3.5 and 3.9 million EUR and is only the first arena within the sports complex that the former tennis player intends to build on approximately 20 hectares in the city of Otopeni.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The arena has 500 seats, but it can be expanded to 1,000 in the future. It will operate 11 months a year and will serve children and everyone who wants to skate. The site features 4 locker rooms for hockey teams, 6 individual locker rooms for sports skaters, and one locker room for the general public. It also has a 70-space parking lot, with spaces adapted for coaches.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Initially, the Telekom Arena ice rink will be accessible free of charge to groups of children and students who wish to practice ice sports.
