The transaction value was approximately EUR 10 million.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Murad stated that he will invest at least EUR 15 million in the complex and intends to reopen it on June 1, 2018. The investment financing will be carried out through a Romanian branch of an American bank, and the acquisition was made with the help of Banca Transilvania.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>With the Majestic hotel, which Murad owns in Olimp, and the new acquisition, the businessman will lay the foundations for a complex with 2,500 accommodation places.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>After renovation, the complex, which is currently classified at 1 star, will be reclassified to 4 stars and will be named Amfiteatru-Panoramic-Belvedere by Phoenicia.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Businessman Mohammad Murad owns 3,500 accommodation places on the coast in several hotels in Navodari, Mamaia, Jupiter, Olimp, and Neptun.
