The award ceremony took place in the presence of representatives from the International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts and Tourism, the organization that oversees this title.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Sibiu&#8217;s candidacy file was submitted in June 2016 and was analyzed by an international jury in September 2016.
