Of the total number of arrivals, domestic tourist arrivals accounted for 79.9% in December, while foreign tourists represented 20.1%.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Regarding the arrivals of foreign tourists in tourist accommodation structures, those from Europe held the largest share\u201472.5% of total foreign tourists, and of these, 83.5% were from European Union countries.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Overnight stays recorded in tourist accommodation structures in December 2016 totaled 1,426.2 thousand, an increase of 7% compared to those in December 2015.
