The company Hotel Club Estival 2002, which owns Hotel Craiova in the Olimp resort, submitted a request for payment rescheduling, thus suspending the execution.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>For Hotel Romanta, a 5-story building of 2,144 sqm, the Tax Authority asked for 9.6 million RON; for a nightclub building also within the Romanta complex \u2013 380,000 RON; parking \u2013 87,600 RON; a 2,361 sqm restaurant \u2013 2.2 million RON; and urban land of 14,300 sqm \u2013 4.7 million RON.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>For Hotel Prahova, with an area of 1,630 sqm and 5 floors, the Tax Authority asked for 10.9 million RON, of which 1.9 million RON was the value corresponding to the 4,678 sqm land.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>For Hotel Romanta, the new starting price was set at 7.24 million RON, reduced by 25%, as with all other properties within this complex put up for sale at the first auction.
