10 businesspeople have joined forces to build an event complex in Corbeanca, within Paradisul Verde, which they describe as the most spectacular project in this field in the north of the Capital, an investment of approximately 10 million EUR.<\/p>\n
Among the investors are Cristian Tantareanu, who owns the Paradisul Verde residential complex, Dragos Petrescu, owner of the City Grill restaurant chain, Marian Alecu, former Country Manager of McDonalds Romania, Laurentiu Scheusan, who decided to retire from the pharma industry where he led the subsidiary of the American pharmaceutical company Alvogen, Daniel Mischie, CEO of the City Grill Group, Cristian Comanici, General Manager of the Paradisul Verde complex and former Sales Director at LG Electronics Romania, Petru Dumbrava, former partner in Petrom 94 and Petrom Trans and administrator of the energy company Gecom Import-Export, Radu Rasinar, General Manager of the Anglo-Dutch pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca for South-Eastern Europe and President of the Local American Working Group.<\/p>\n
The future event complex will have 8 halls with a capacity of about 2,000 people. The smallest hall will have 100 seats, and the largest – 1,200. The center will be built in the Paradisul Verde neighborhood in Corbeanca, on the lakeshore, with 400 parking spaces. The investment in the project amounts, according to Tantareanu, to approximately 10 million EUR.<\/p>\n
The money for excavations and structure will come from the shareholders’ own sources, and bank loans will be contracted for the rest of the project.<\/p>\n
