Starting March 25, the national airline TAROM will operate on the Timisoara – Iasi route, with a frequency of four weekly flights.<\/p>\n

Also, starting with the summer season, TAROM will operate on the Timisoara – Cluj Napoca route with a frequency of 3 weekly flights.<\/p>\n

TAROM transported in 2017 only 2.4 million passengers, a traffic volume similar to 2016 and 2015.<\/p>\n

Tarom’s decision to introduce flights on this route comes after Blue Air gave up flights on the Timisoara – Iasi – Cluj route in February due to frictions created by the Traian Vuia International Airport in Timisoara.<\/p>\n
