Kassiopi Resort Corfu, part of the Memento Hotels chain owned by Christian Tour, estimates a turnover of 3 million EUR for this year, 10% higher than in 2017, stated Roxana Visan, the hotel’s new general manager.<\/p>\n
Christian Tour entered the Greek hotel market in early 2014, launching the Memento Hotels hospitality concept. Kassiopi Resort Corfu was taken over under a lease agreement for a period of 18 years from a family in Corfu, being specifically designed for families with children and offering all-inclusive services. <\/p>\n
„For the entire year, we estimate 55,000 tourists and an occupancy rate of approximately 85%, averaged over six months starting in May. About 30% of the clients are Romanian, the rest come from Poland, Great Britain, Russia, Italy, and Germany,” stated Roxana Visan.<\/p>\n
Seven nights during peak season at the Corfu hotel reach 690 EUR per person for standard rooms. The price includes seven nights of all-inclusive accommodation, air transport, airport transfer, and tourist assistance in Romanian. For those who choose to travel by coach, the rates are around 600 EUR\/person.<\/p>\n
The resort has 107 rooms and a capacity of approximately 350 people.<\/p>\n
Christian Tour has invested nearly 1 million EUR in renovating the hotel in Greece, both in the room interiors and the exterior, in the pools it owns.<\/p>\n
Since 2018, Memento Hotels has belonged to Memento Group Holding in the Netherlands, a holding company that also includes Christian Tour, ensuring the management and development of the hotel chain in Spain, Turkey, and Romania.<\/p>\n
