The Blaxy Complex located near the Olimp resort, opened 3 years ago, is the first in Romania to also sell apartments in periodic ownership.<\/p>\n
Periodic ownership represents, according to the definition in the Civil Code, a modality of the right of ownership within which each holder exercises in their own name and personal interest the prerogatives of their right of ownership for determined periods, which repeat successively and perpetually, at regular intervals, assuming at least two holders, natural or legal persons. In other words, for a sum calculated based on peak or off-peak season, a person can be the owner of a seaside apartment for one week during a specific period, indefinitely.<\/p>\n
The units can also be purchased in installments, starting from 39 EUR\/month for 5 years, the resort representatives announced.<\/p>\n
The most sought-after periods for the rooms sold so far are, naturally, those when Romanians are accustomed to going on seaside vacations, namely the end of July and the month of August, even if the price of an apartment is higher during that period.<\/p>\n
Depending on the purchased time of year, an apartment under the periodic ownership regime can be acquired for sums between 2,500 euros and 11,000 EUR.<\/p>\n
Until now, these apartments were paid for “upfront.” Recently, however, the possibility to pay in installments was introduced, with a minimum down payment of 20% of the value and 0% interest.<\/p>\n
