The unit will be completed in 2021, according to company officials.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&bdquo;We have started work on this project. We are building a large-capacity hotel, over 250 rooms, an upscale business hotel, which will be classified at 4 stars and will specifically target business clients. I believe there is still room for new investments in Bucharest,&ldquo; said Florin Suicescu, board member and vice president of Niro Investment, the company that restored the Grand Hotel du Boulevard monument building.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&bdquo;We haven&#8217;t chosen the hotel chain it will be affiliated with yet.
