The money will be used to fund a budget dedicated to tourism, created on a European model. The Cluj-Napoca City Hall expects to collect over 4 million RON\/year from this tax.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In Oradea as well, hoteliers charge a tax of 2% of the accommodation rate, which they then transfer to the City Hall&#8217;s account. The money is used for the promotion of the city, through an association established by the municipality for this purpose.
