The building, located at 6 Vasile Alecsandri St., Sl\u0103nic Moldova, Bac\u0103u county, has 21 rooms with private bathrooms, six rooms with shared bathrooms (in the hallway), and two apartments, a restaurant, and a reception, as well as the adjacent land with an area of 1,150 sqm.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The starting price for the auction regarding Vila Palas is 719,300 euros.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Also on February 20, RA APPS is putting up for public auction an urban plot of land with an area of 104 sqm, located at 30 Cump\u0103tul St., in Sinaia, Prahova county.
