He believes that the long-term solution is not bringing in personnel from abroad, but training young Romanian high school students.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In several cities in Romania, dual education is already functioning. In Oradea, a hotel handles the training of 67 students; in Craiova, another hotel accepts 40 children for internships.
