The investment exceeded \u20ac20 million.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The two acquired the Lebada complex in 2017 following an auction organized by ANAF. The Lebada complex had a starting price of \u20ac1.6 million and was awarded for over \u20ac3 million.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The complex features nearly 4 hectares of land, and the construction area was expanded from approximately 3,500 sqm to about 5,700 sqm, with over 200 accommodation units, of which 140 are for guests and the remainder for employees.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The investors utilized the Land Use Coefficient (CUT), set by authorities at 15%, almost to its maximum.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Following the renovation and expansion, the accommodation units at Lebada Luxury Resort &amp; SPA will be classified at 4 and 5 stars.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The complex can accommodate up to 400 guests in single rooms, double rooms, and suites. Prices range from \u20ac80\/night for a single room with one bed to \u20ac290 for a VIP apartment with a garden and two beds for four people.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&ldquo;We have a building intended for a casino, but we are waiting for current regulations. We contacted three service providers for casino equipment and received three offers. Based on the offers received, our calculations do not show a profit. Licensing and authorization costs are very high. We would like to have a casino because the resort will be classified at 5 stars and it would add value. It would be a marketing tool to attract foreign tourists. There are no other casinos in the Delta.
