In 2019, 13% of respondents who had already gone on vacation opted for destinations outside the country such as Bulgaria, Italy, the United Kingdom, or the Netherlands.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>For 2019, Romania remains the main vacation destination for Romanians, with only 40% of those surveyed saying they want to visit other countries, with Greece, Bulgaria, Turkey, and Spain being at the top of their preferences.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>50% of Romanians prefer to stay in a hotel during their vacation, especially those in the luxury seeker segment (61%).
