The advance of the hotel market is based on the constant increase in the accommodation capacity of hotels in major cities, the introduction of holiday vouchers, and the increase in rates and occupancy levels for hotels across the country, stated Adrian Dragomir, CEO of Termene.ro.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The Termene.ro analysis also highlights several unique facts, such as that nearly half of the market share of the Romanian hotel industry is held by companies established more than 24 years ago.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The most profitable hotels are those on the Black Sea and in the Prahova Valley<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>If we narrow the analysis to the top counties in Romanian tourism with the most accommodation places, Termene.ro experts observe that companies owning hotels in Constanta County have the highest profit margin (an average of approximately 22%), with companies in Valcea and Prahova counties ranking second at 19%.
