The agreement represents the first foray of the Abu Dhabi company into international markets.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>ADAC, a company established by the government in 2006 to coordinate the development of aviation infrastructure in the Emirates, owns and operates 5 airports, including Abu Dhabi International Airport, the country&#8217;s second-largest airport.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>ADAC intends to conclude similar agreements with companies and airports in four to five other states.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>South Development Group was established in August 2018, with its headquarters in Otopeni. According to information on its own website, the company is involved in the development of the Bucharest &ldquo;Constantin Brancusi&rdquo; Airport, the first private airport in Romania.
