The two companies will operate separately, with separate management, but Christian Tour will have access to all of the Germans&#8217; offers at identical prices.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>TUI will operate in Romania under the TUI Travel Center brand, will operate its own charter flights, and Romanian tourists will have access to hotels under the TUI brand, namely: TUI Blue, TUI Magic, TUI Life, Riu, Suneo, Robinson, or Sensatori.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>At the same time, TUI Travel Center will also function as a marketplace for the local market and will resell the tourism products of all Romanian travel agencies.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In its first year of operation, TUI will open 15 agencies, and investments will reach EUR 1.5 million, rising to EUR 5 million in 5 years.
