Nicolae C\u0103pu\u0219an, care de\u021bine \u00een portofoliu SunGarden Resort din Cluj, precum \u0219i unit\u0103\u021bi hoteliere \u00een Turda \u0219i Hunedoara, a investit anterior \u00een sta\u021biune prin restaurarea Cazinoului din B\u0103ile Herculane \u0219i achizi\u021bia Vilei Livia, edificiu de patrimoniu ridicat \u00een anul 1888. Antreprenorul estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103, prin atragerea de noi investi\u021bii private, B\u0103ile Herculane are poten\u021bialul de a redeveni un pol major al turismului na\u021bional \u00eentr-un orizont de cinci p\u00e2n\u0103 la zece ani, pe fondul cre\u0219terii preferin\u021belor pentru destina\u021biile interne.<\/p>\n
