Automation, the increasing role of technology, human resource shortages, sector development through new investments, and the growth of the delivery segment are among the most important trends at the beginning of the year in HoReCa, according to an analysis by the Hospitality Culture Institute, the first independent research, training, and consultancy institute in Romania studying the HoReCa market and trends.<\/div>\n

Given technological developments, automation is increasingly finding its place in the HoReCa industry, starting from the implementation of CRM and Chatbots in companies operating locations to online platforms and e-markets for HoReCa clients or suppliers, and last but not least, online communities and personalized experiences.<\/div>\n
