Another positive development recorded concerns the growth of all-inclusive services, as well as the occupancy rate of tourism economic units, which is expected to increase in 2020.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In 2019, the average customer return rate to travel agencies and tourist units decreased by approximately 6% compared to the level recorded in 2018.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The study also shows an important shift regarding the risks perceived by tourism operators.
