The hotel is rated 4 stars and features 30 rooms.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Alin Burcea had acquired Hotel Stil in 2007 for EUR 3.5 million and had been trying to sell it unsuccessfully since 2009.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Without disclosing the transaction value, Marian Alecu stated that he has already paid several advances to Burcea and has been renovating the hotel for some time, with works expected to be completed by April 1st.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Eight years ago, the businessman built Hotel Safir in the Venus resort from the ground up. This year, he also purchased Hotel Euro 11 in Sibiu, where he owns several event halls.
